Yuji Masuda
Joined DENSO in 2011, initially working as an engineer developing engine ECUs. I used to think that design was a field far removed from my expertise. However, wanting to broaden my horizons, I ventured into new business challenges starting in 2019, which gave me the opportunity to encounter Danish design thinking. Through this experience, I was struck by the immense potential of design.
Inspired to leverage what I learned in Denmark, I will be transferring to the Design Department in 2025. While the new environment presents many unknowns, I feel both excited and a bit nervous. I am eager to contribute to society by applying the knowledge and experience I have gained so far!
