Hiroshi Kasai
I joined the company in 2011 as a product designer, starting with concept designs for in-car meters and powertrain components. Gradually, I expanded my design scope to include in-car HMIs, future cockpit concept development, and advanced development projects. Additionally, I have gained experience in various design fields beyond product design, such as character design for manufacturing plants, brand philosophy research for luxury car manufacturers, and market research in the ASEAN region, primarily in Thailand.
My love for sci-fi movies, novels, and manga sparked my interest in becoming a designer. I find joy in design when I feel that our work has moved the world a little closer to the future, making reality just a bit more like science fiction.
