At DENSO, we aim to create a society of sustainable happiness by developing products and services that respond to diverse values and senses of happiness. The DENSO DESIGN Department has introduced a new concept called HX (Human Experience Design) to realize this society.
We believe it is essential to expand our awareness beyond direct users to various stakeholders and comprehensively understand the environments surrounding them. It is also important to address often-overlooked negative aspects such as sacrifices and burdens resulting from societal implementation.
In the DENSO DESIGN HX WORKSHOP, teams will tackle challenges using the HX framework. You will experience DENSO-style design thinking, which broadens perspectives, considers various viewpoints, and creates value. Letʼs take the first step together in thinking about human-scale experiential value, where not only creators and users are satisfied, but the entire society where it is implemented is considered.

"Expansion and Reversal of Thinking" - Practicing DENSO-style Design Thinking
Participants will form teams with students and professionals to conduct HX thinking practice workshops. Current designers will serve as instructors.
