The design concept selected was athlete, moving with faultless precision using superb power and speed in order to aim for a powerful, organic style reminiscent of a well-trained body frame and muscles. At the same time, the robot is composed of parts with a sleek surface finish, to reduce the overbearing image imparted by heavy machinery such as conventional industrial robots, and to easily preserve the cleanliness required in the medical and food industries.
