I have always loved making things, so I majored in mechanical engineering at university. However, during my studies, I decided to change direction and independently started attending a different university for industrial arts, where I eventually enrolled in graduate school. I joined the company in 2011 as an engineer-turned-designer. Initially, I struggled with my lack of design skills (and caused quite a bit of trouble), but now I enjoy the work of understanding new and sometimes complex technologies and integrating them into my design activities and outputs.
Recently, I have found more enjoyment in building relationships within the company and working with designers who have new skills and senses that I do not possess, enabling them to design in their unique styles.
I donʼt have many hobbies, but I enjoy spending time chatting about trivial matters during work, parenting, watching anime, and sleeping.
