During the summer vacation in August, we held a workshop for elementary school students at the Komaki Kodomo Mirai Museum in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture.
Since last year, we have continued DENSO Designʼs initiative, "Understanding Society and Being Understood by Society." This year, focusing on HX (Human Experience*), we are conducting workshops for various audiences, including professionals, university students, high school and junior high school students, and elementary school students.
In August, during the summer vacation, we organized a workshop for elementary school students at the Komaki Kodomo Mirai Museum in Komaki City, Aichi Prefecture. The two key perspectives of HX that DENSO Design values "expansion of thought" and "reversal of thought"were incorporated into four fun activities* designed for children in grades 1 through 6.
Nearly 300 participants attended on the day, and many families enjoyed each activity, challenging themselves and thinking deeply.
Going forward, DENSO Design plans to conduct more workshops across various fields with the HX tools, aiming to connect with more people who resonate with DENSOʼs vision. If you are part of academia or an organization interested in hosting a workshop, please feel free to reach out.
